While traveling through Yellowstone, I wanted to photograph the geysers and thermal activity that seems to be around every corner. Being one of the most photographed National Parks, my goal was to make some images that were a little different than the usual. There happened to be a full moon this clear night so I decided use that light to get something more interesting. I love this moonlit scene with the stars showing perfectly and the steam blurring across the frame.
