Big news around EFP headquarters.  I just sent out an email blast announcing my new site.  It was a labor of love and I’m excited to be featuring new categories (“Kids” and “Landscapes”) among the classics (“Portrait” and “Lifestyle”) + four updated examples of my film work in “Motion.”

In late 2011, I was commissioned to shoot and edit a video for the accounting firm Deloitte and Touche that would welcome out of town guests to their new offices in downtown San Francisco. The video features live action, timelapse, and stills of the Bay Area starting at sunrise through sunset all the way into nightlife. Shot in full HD, it features many beautiful scenes and activities that can be enjoyed in and around San Francisco. Click the image above or here.

AAA Shoot in Half Moon Bay

by Eric on December 4, 2011

Behind-the-scenes of a great shoot with AAA and Pace Communications a few weeks ago. Thanks again to all the crew, clients and our talent, Patty, for another awesome time – this round in Half Moon Bay, CA. It’s about an hour south of San Francisco and is a beautiful place to shoot. The locals were great too – a shout-out goes to the Ritz Carlton and Flora Farm Nursery for all their help and accommodations on our shoot.

Christian, from the series Reconnected: Old Friends Found

November 9, 2011

This is the third image from the series Reconnected: Old Friends Found. I’ve known Christian since high school and he was considered one of the “cool” kids, while I was a shy nerd. Chaumette Vineyard, 2011

September 1, 2011

My daughter’s boyfriend’s parents own a vineyard in Missouri, just south of St Louis. I went to school in St. Louis and as far as I knew, good winemakers did not exist in the state. A few weeks ago, I was schooled by Chaumette Vineyard.  It struck me as more of a resort, with villas, [...]

Jay, from the series Reconnected: Old Friends Found

August 23, 2011

This is the second image from the series Reconnected: Old Friends Found. Jay is a friend from college who also became a professional photographer. He’s very talented and currently runs the entire photography department at Build-a-Bear. He was gracious enough to allow me to photograph him in his kids’ room surrounded by their stuffed friends.

Reconnected: Old Friends Found

July 11, 2011

Whether we like Facebook or not, most of us have to admit that we’ve found old friends or classmates there we probably would have never talked to again. This can be good and bad. Some have been great to reconnect with, and others, well, maybe not so much. I don’t care about the daily status [...]
